Occupational Hazards

I cut my finger today. Just took the scissors and cut right through the skin on my left index finger. I don’t suppose folk truly understand the hazards of being an artist. Heck, I never realize it myself until something like this happens.

You have to also take into account the different products we inhale, ladders we climb and fall from like I did about three years ago and so on and so forth. It was a really high ladder too. I mean, so tall, I could use it to climb on the roof of my house. I wasn’t hurt or anything but very embarrassed, I was. Would’ve been nice to have been Spider Girl at that time and all I would’ve had to do was grab hold of the wall.

I’m always puncturing my fingers with needles. One time, I stepped on one and had to rush myself to the doctor for a tetanus shot.

Right now, I have wood I need to cut but since I can’t seem to locate my safety glasses, it’ll have to wait unless I buy another pair. I hate buying things over, only to find them later. It’s challenging to be the minimalist I’m aspiring to be.

Anyhow, I wanted to post again today since I post so rarely. I’d like to change that but I can’t make any promises. I will, however, close out with this…

    1. Yeah but it’s said that he was mentally ill, depressed and I even read he had autism. None of those fit me. Just a bit clumsy.
